At FINESSE, we want you to be completely obsessed with your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email, then download and print it for your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
